Prices from £70 GBP per drum track

  • Worldwide payments are accepted via PayPal in GBP only. It is preferred that UK customers pay by bank transfer.

  • Discounts may be available for projects of two songs or more.

  • Email me for a quote for jingles, TV/film music or sub-2 minute songs.

  • Chargeable extras include percussion/cymbal overdubs and multiple retakes.

Delivery options

My methods of delivering completed drum tracks have been determined by what has proved popular over the course of 13 years running Drum Tracks Direct.

Unmixed multitrack

  • Each microphone on the kit (see the list on the right) is recorded separately as a mono WAV file. These WAVs are often referred to as “stems”.

  • The raw stems are bounced down in your chosen bitrate and go into a zip file, for emailing. After my email is arrived, you simply click the link and begin downloading. Each stem is named as in the list to the right.

Unmixed bouncedown

  • On occasion, in addition to the unmixed multitrack, I am asked to provide a WAV bouncedown of the drum track.

  • The principle reason for requesting a bouncedown is, after payment and delivery, you can immediately drop the drum track into your DAW and get back to working on your song. You can leave all the drum mixing/panning for later!

  • The drums on the bouncedown contain my stock panning and levels.

Why isn’t there a mixed multitrack?

Because, ever since launching this service, songwriters and producers have almost unanimously requested an unmixed multitrack.
